"You're a Crook, Captain Hook..."
I knitted a piratey wristband for Joe today to tide him over until my sweater is done and I can start on his sweater (called Avast (at this link: http://www.knitty.com/ISSUEfall06/PATTavast.html).
It was a quick project - I used this chart for the skull: http://acunningplan.typepad.com/andsheknitstoo/files/skull_scarf.html
I cast(ed?) on:
17 stitches on needle 1 (for the skull)
9 stitches on needle 2 (K2P1)
12 stitches on needle 3 (K2P1)
I knit three rows before starting the skull and after. Here's the finished object:
