October Update Part 2
Lately it seems as though every week contains one month worth of changes. Despite the fact that I have 12 hours of class/week, I seem to have less time than when I was working 37.5 hours/week. This is not a complaint though; I love my new life! Here's what's new:
Work
I'm giving it another shot and so far so good. My temp agency found me a data entry position. My first day was on Tuesday and I will be working every Tuesday for an indefinite period (woo, job security!). The best part is that the building shares a parking garage with L's apartment building which means I get to see her more! I think I'm going to like this new job.
Wedding
In wedding planning news, we have secured the venue and now we are looking for someone to perform the ceremony.
School
School's getting busy -- I'm dubbing November "Essay Month". Despite what I wrote earlier this month, I am not feeling too optimistic about NANOWRIMO this year BUT my mind is not made up. After speaking with a friend who also NANO's, a glimmer of motivation is sparkling in my mind...I could rewrite/tighten and put a new spin on the plot that I have been thinking of trying. Plus I always seem to excel when there is too much going on.
I should get back to work on those essays. I wish you all a spooky Hallowe'en! This year I will be bringing the Corpse Bride back from beyond the grave.
Ghoulika.
